It's a new year, and you will want to make 2016 a better one. So how can our online marketing tips help?

Which one are you?

If you are unwilling or unable to invest in online marketing, then reading the tips should help. It will give you practical knowledge to avoid bad advice. It will confirm that if you are not ready to invest, then it is better to do nothing. Finally, once you are ready, you know what has to be done. Call me.

Our competitors include online marketing people, but also web and graphic designers, and PR and advertising agencies. They fall into 2 types. Each uses our tips in a different way.

The first type of competitor merely dabbles. They need convincing sound bites with which to sell their services. One-minute tips are just what they want, but when we highlight a technique that is bad for the client, they unsubscribe in a huff, since that is what they have been doing!

The second type of competitor provides a competent, basic service. They are keen to learn, and get that from these tips. It also highlights skill gaps that they are unwilling or unable to fill (it is not their core business). This gives them the confidence to introduce us to their clients. This leads us on to the third type of reader; those businesses looking to grow. In many cases they have already undertaken online marketing. It just didn't work. See above for some of the reasons! In conclusion, different types of people read these tips. They get different benefits from them. Many of the tips tell you to stop doing things that don't work, instantly saving you money.
